Ekiti: Police launch violent crime response unit, begin specialised training

Ekiti State Police have established a Violent Crime Response Unit and begun specialized training for its members, following the Inspector‑General’s directive. The unit aims to boost protection of lives and property across the state’s towns and villages, promising tighter security and a faster response to violent incidents.
