The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) warned that anyone using its name, logo, uniform or other official symbols in online skits or other digital content without permission will be prosecuted. The agency’s alert signals that content creators in Nigeria must seek approval before featuring the EFCC, or risk legal action and penalties.
