2027: We will participate in elections despite factional leadership – PDP

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) says it will contest the 2027 general elections even though the party remains split over its leadership. A Supreme Court ruling pending to resolve the factional dispute will determine the party’s future, but PDP chieftain Mazi Sam Ohuabunwa affirmed its commitment to run in the election.

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has said it would participate actively in the 2027 general elections irrespective of factional leadership.
